I worked closely with Ben through the entire home buying process. He was always professional when helping my wife and I. Ben is knowledgeable, he was a former contractor and was able to handle repair requests and inspections with the property I purchased. Ben and his team were able to handle all requests and complete our closing in an expedited fashion. Normally I would love to save some money and skip a realtor but Ben I was really confident in Ben's ability to handle things in my absence. I was extremely impressed with Ben and his team.
