Closing on a house isn’t as easy as you think but Ben did everything he could to find my wife and I our first home. He was great! Professional and very experienced on what to look for when it comes to our wants and needs. He also has a construction background so if there was something he seen that wasn’t right with whatever house we looked at he would hold that red flag up and let us know! He put us first with no hesitation. I’m sure other realtors want to push you into a house you don’t see yourself in but this wasn’t the case with Ben. Ben was great to work with. I work 12hr shifts and I was not able to see properties at a normal hour, but that didn’t stop Ben from making it happen. He worked with my crazy schedule. I also let him know what I wanted, and I knew going in i would find a house with everything. My top 3 importance were a safe neighborhood, move in ready and a fenced backyard for my dogs, Ben was able to find that for me. I would send him a list of 10 properties and he would tell me yes or no on the houses. I had other wants but I came in open minded. He is very informative and responds quickly to any text or phone call. He will answer all questions, if he doesn’t know the answer he will find out and get back to you quickly. I’m 26 and really had no idea the process of buying a property. He made it painless. If I was starting to worry or stress he was able to ease my mind by either finding something out that I was worried about or reminded me to be patient. Being a first time home buyer there were any things I was unaware.
